they´re back... but they´re changing their sound... not sure, snot sure... album #2 was already meh, this looks like it´s gonna be bad... good they´re evolving but I kinda think they´re evolving in the wrong direction!!!
------------------
On their new album, Wilder Mind (out May 4th), Mumford & Sons have mostly removed their signature elements – banjo, acoustic strumming, stomping kick drum – and replaced them with U2-sized guitars, synths, spacey mellotrons and even some drum machines. "We felt that doing the same thing, or the same instrumentation again, just wasn’t for us," says frontman Marcus Mumford. "We’ve got a broader taste in music than just that." Adds Dwane, "None of us had really any interest in doing a sort of Babel 2. It was always going to be different."

Lead single is hottest record on the world on Annie Mac right now, will post link later but hmm its very homogenised, I am not the biggest Mumfords fan by any stretch but now they sound like Ne-Yo or something, then guitar solos hmm very odd. I have no idea if I like this or not, it is so bland. You would never know it was them if you heard it. Think they have made a bad move. Link now below Mumford & Sons - Believe
On 2nd listen its alright, its not a bad track at all just its not them just feels wrong.

They always sounded like a band being held at gunpoint and made to play folk music anyway, so it's probably about time they changed.

for me there was always something fake about them, but still their debut album is great, especially Winter Winds, which I still don´t get why it flopped, had everything to become the Fairytale of new York of this century in regards of the new song, I didn´t like the slow part, and then the guitars kicked it and I liked it even less... NME gave it a super positive review saying it´s the first stadium anthem of the year or something idiotic like that
