Starts on Fox this week at 9pm, at last after the constant trailers, something to watch when loads of other TV programmes are apparently ending this month.

The pilot was available to watch on Virgin Media On Demand, it looks promising.

This is shaping up as a great series, and recently I found out, its part of a 3 book trilogy written by Blake Crouch, never read the books. I find it very Twin Peaks (ish), it looks like a big village was build up around mountains and trees, I love the mystery of it, definitely sticking with it to see how the series develops. Last night's episode was really good, unfortunately at the end somebody came a cropper, after just 2 episodes.

Yeah I was amazed by that as well, am enjoying it. Is it all in his mind? A reality TV show like hunger games or a new mental facility where the lunatics run the asylum?

ooh... someone else came a cropper, just caught up on the current episode, I'm thinking its something to do with experiments. I think that nurse is going to be the next person to get the chop. ha ha
I'm really enjoying this series, hoping for some answers.

It was all a bit weird when that door opened, didn't look like the woods should look. Very interesting, time is obviously passing differently as well, as the redhead said she had been there 12 years and he last saw her 6 weeks ago? And the car was all dusty, but the mum and son had only just been brought in.

Playing catch up On Demand with the series now set to record.
Liked the premiere.
Twin Peaks meets The Prisoner.

Fully caught up now. They sure are pulling out all the stops to keep viewers guessing with those characters getting the chop so early on.
Love it.

Twin peaks hasn't aged well imo.

I really enjoyed episodes 1 & 2. Episode 3 was very dodgy, and the relationship between Matt Dillon and his wife doesn't seem to quite work. Not sure whether my issues with the episode were down to a poor script or poor editing, but his wife seems to be accepting a lot of things without asking any of the obvious questions including how are you, what are you doing here and what the f**k is going on!!! In fact her and her son seemed more interested in the contents of the fridge than the bigger picture!
Hopefully the series can recover. Usually US series are too slow paced, but this is always trying to rush the storyline when it really doesn't need it. For now I am sitting on the fence as to whether this is going to be any good.

Nice twist in ep. 4.
Won't say anymore in case others have yet to watch it.

Loved it, and the 2nd season is coming soon, will it match up?

It started well, fell away in the middle, but picked up again towards the end. Enough for me to tune in for series two anyway.

Fell away in the middle, where they did the big reveal you mean?

Hmmm I was thinking just prior to that. Some of the acting and script seemed a little flat

Well, I haven't seen the beginning of season 2 but I'm not sure it worths it. I think one season only would have been good. But I could easily change my mind next week.

Some of the acting was indeed not good, but it was enjoyable and I thought they'd wrap it up, especially with killing off two of the big names.
