The Scottish band are back, new album Painting Of A Panic Attack, due out April 8 on Atlantic
I just found it out by pure chance on YT of all places, surprised there's been not much talk about it, haven't seen their comeback mentioned anywhere
plus they have a brilliant new single "Get Out" + an amazing video that previewed a couple weeks ago, brilliant video!!!

The album's been on the New Release Schedule for a while, as was the previous single, Death Dream which also appeared in the iTunes thread.

Is it me or there's no buzz? I mean for the last 2 months I've been reading everywhere about Iggy Pop or Primal Scream but haven't read a single piece about Frightened Rabbit coming back

The singles havent been as strong even though they are still good.

Last time there was sure more hype, they also had this song that I cannot remember the title and the video was incredible too, a guy in a liquor store that seemed dead... but I think they got more famous cos of the video than cos of the song... and I guess it never translated into sales...
it' a pity cos I really like this Get Out song and the video is incredibly powerful ala Take me to Church

Just pre-ordered this yesterday doesn't sound like it's going to be as killer an album as Pedestrian Verse but I still love more or less everything they do.

'The Woodpile'. One of the best singles of 2013. I think they were getting a bit of attention in America for the last album, guess the hype train derailed at some point.
