And there's me saying I am not a ballady type person - but this is just lovely. From the Deadpool 2 soundtrack.
Not sure about the video, however.

OMG they are being ironic. Have you never seen Deadpool? They thought what would you never expect from Deadpool a big power ballad theme with Celine Dion. They even through in random clips from the movie like the power ballad videos of the 80s. Then they top it of with Deadpool doing contemporary dance which I saw coming as soon as I saw him. Then of course he jokes at the end.
But it is actually one of the best Celine Dion songs I have heard back to her best.

^ A great video. Good to see Celine Dion show a David Hasselholf/William Shatner large degree of self awareness parodying herself which is doing her the world of good as a "heritage" pop star.
As for actor Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) that is not the first time he has danced in a pop video by a Canadian female pop icon:

I love Celine's power ballads and was excited reading all the comments heer but am a bit puzzled by all the love for it.
It's nice enough but she's done much better.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is my #1 song of 2018.
Knowing about Deadpool, the video is nothing short of brilliant. The Deadpool movies are a cross of parody and nostalgia. The video conveys these themes perfectly.
