Interesting debate as to whether Joe Root should continue as captain.
Geoffrey Boycott adamant he should go.
I don't really know the ins and outs well enough to judge although on the face of it it looks a good call.

Who is going to be captian if root goes ? Stokes or buttler would of liked some new blood for the final test. Don't see the point in Buttler batting at 7 and not keeping wicket he can't be expected to score loads of runs as he will be batting with the tail most of the time.I was thinking as well look at what happened to Ian botham when he was captian affected his form hope stokes doesnt go the same way if he was given it.

Stokes isn't a leader? No idea who would be the next choice, at least we'd have Root back and batting well hopefully, because he used to be awesome. And yeah, they should have changed the team a little for the last test, nothing to lose really.

England makes 2 changes for the Oval. Roy and Overton are dropped. Woakes is back in and Sam Curran plays. Stokes isn't fit to bowl but will play as a specialist batsman.

Final test underway, England batting after the Aussies won the toss.
Australia also make 2 changes with Siddle back in for Starc, and Mitchell Marsh replacing Head.

Burns successfully reviews an LBW decision after being hit on the thigh. Thought that was plum lol Anything that hits above the knee roll has a very good chance of going over the stumps. Poor decision by Erasmus.
