110. Gaffa Tape Sandy - So Dry Gaffa Tape Sandy are an English garage rock band from Bury St Edmunds and now based in Brighton. The band is composed of singer-guitarist Kim Jarvis, singer-bassist Catherine Neilson and drummer Robin Francis and are another one yet to release their debut album.

Nice list so far, enjoying the descriptions. Some of these will be pretty high up in my rundown, some others sound like they passed me by a bit - not sure how many songs you check out each week but for me it's between 40 and 70, and between 8 and 15 of those will chart.

On Spotify I find most of my tracks through Release Radar All New Rockbut also check out The Indie List New Noise New Music Friday UK
and as from last week Gerard At Soundof us
Then I look at The Thorne new release playlist and his and your charts and usually end up with 20 or so new releases a week but then I do a top 100 chart

109. Demob Happy - Autoportrait Demob Happy are an English alternative rock band, formed in 2008 in Newcastle upon Tyne. Another local band, these guys have been featuring in my chart since 2014 scoring 6 top 40 hits but Autoportrait was their biggest hit so far peaking at #3

107. White Reaper - Real Long Time White Reaper are an American garage punk band based in Louisville, Kentucky that have released 3 albums to date and have a great 70's pop/rock sound to them. This was the second single from their new album You Deserve Love, it was their debut in my chart this year with both singles going top 10

106. Desert Sessions - Crucifire Mike Kerr from Royal Blood and Josh Homme from QOTSA teamed up to record songs for Desert Sessions 11 & 12 and this was the result

105. YUNGBLUD - Hope for the underrated youth 22 year old Dominic Richard Harrison burst into my chart in 2017 with some brilliant garage rock, he has already featured in my chart 15 times with this being the best of his 2019 output, his new stuff is more of an indie pop/hip hop hybrid

104. Red Rum Club - Angeline Band from Liverpool that mixes wild western themed music with a full horn section and indie rock, I reviewed their 2019 album Matador earlier this year and loved the record, they are just a bit different to the usual indie bands out there

102. The Amazons - Fuzzy Tree Another band to have a fantastic 2019, they released my favourite album of 2019 called Future Dust, they have 4 songs in my top 100 so this is just a taster of what they had to offer in 2019

101. Idlewild - Same Things Twice The unlucky song to just miss my top 100 this year was Scottish veteran rockers Idlewild, this was the second song taken from Interview Music

100. YONAKA - Lose Our Heads This female fronted synth rock band from Brighton released a banger of an album in 2019 (Don't Wait 'till Tomorrow), this one peaked at #21 in my chart

The Clause - In My Element These guys are a new Alternative/rock band from Birmingham, In a recent interview the band said “Indie rock in general is our main inspiration, bands like Catfish and the Bottlemen, Circa Waves, The Kooks, Jaws, Arctic Monkeys and that kind of thing. This was their debut in my chart and peaked at an impressive #3

98. Who's Molly? - Until I Found You Who's Molly? are an indie rock band originating from Swansea. Who's Molly? won "Best Band", "Best Live Act" and "Best Single" for "Until I Found You" at the 2019 Soundboard awards and for me this song peaked at #3 back in August

97. Calva Louise - Belicoso Calva Louise are a London-based fuzzed up rock trio consisting of Jess Allanic, Alizon Taho and Ben Parker. Jess Allanic is a Venezuelan that moved to France in her teens, there she met bassist Alizon Taho, they moved to the UK where they found drummer Ben Parker. Off the back of their 2019 debut album Rhinoceros they then released a much heavier EP called Interlude For The Borderline Unsettled which this is from
