I don't mind a bit of the Jam and the Style council did some cracking singles too- i Have to confess though that post style council i have zippo interest in Weller- a man steeped in his own seriousness and Pretentiousness....

The ShatTURDdays are mostly VILE talentless trollops - but slightly better than the even more DIRE and repulsive Hoez Afoul ebcause one of them can sing. The tolerable: Up Forever Is Over (they let the one who can sing showcase her vocals for once) Work Pure Pish Just Can't Get Enough (this is Blasphemy but not as bad as the Hoez mutilating I'll Stand By You and the Shittens raping Eternal Flame) Ego If Pish Is Love Pishues Pishing Poo Even though i disagree with all that you have written I have to be honest and say it quite amused me in it's vitriol !

Has to be Wham! one of the greatest pop bands of the 80's back when George was still writing fun songs and not stooped in his own seriousness

I'd say solo my fave is "waiting for that day" or "praying for time" though nothing matches the supreme "Everything She Wants" I've lost interest in him after "Ladies & Gentleman" really though i also loved "Shoot The Dog" which i know wasn't popular- the rest of his output post 2005 has just been dross IMO.

I'm sure this is the right Forum to ask- I remember reading either in George Michael's autobiography or in Pete Waterman's that S/A/W did a mix of "I'm Your Man" which saw the light of day as it was done with the record label's consent but without Michael's sad when he found out he vetoed it's release- I must look up where i read it- but has anyone else heard this or did i dream this up??
