I hope it's not fake, as it looks brilliant! Yes it's not a bad tracklisting but it could well be a fake as The KLF are not usually an artist you would find on compilation albums.

Two years ago I'd be in 100% certain agreement re: The KLF unavailability. However, their back catalogue is now on streaming platforms (with a few change of samples where appropriate); and Bill Drummond was interviewed for the BBC2 TOTP 1990s annual shows.
I guess they are leaving 1987-1991 whilst continuing with the Now numbered reissues to avoid (value for money) duplications impacting on sales of either rereleases/Yearbooks.

It's amazing what lost diamonds you find while listening to these Now compilations.
Listen to disc 2, track 17 of Now Yearbook Extra 1978 - it's a #41 smash hit by Magazine called 'Shot by both sides' and it is absolutely brilliant!

I didn't buy them but I had a look at the various Now! collections from 1988-1989 and Debbie Gibson didn't appear in any of them. Whereas Morrissey appeared a number of times so I wonder why - did Atlantic Records not give permission for their artists to be on the compilations? I don't know who else was on Atlantic Records at the time.

I see Debbie Gibson on Hits 8 (Shake Your Love) and Hits 9 (Foolish Beat) but not on Hits 10.

I think the NOW USA 80s collection could have been so much better had they made it a compilation of big Stateside hits, that either flopped "across the pond" or only just crept into the UK top 40.

Yeah I'm liking a lot of it, but the inclusions of tracks like 'The Reflex' and 'Livin on a prayer' seem a bit unnecessary.

NOW THE 80s USA Released 11th August 2023 Looks good this one! How much duplication (if any) is there with the Now Yearbooks that have already been released ?

I'm quite liking the randomness of these Yearbook releases now - you never know what is coming next! And 1973 ties in nicely with our Retro chart.

I've just ordered the above Now Yearbook 1973. I'd completely forgotten it was released yesterday (08/09/23).
