The Pogues and Kirsty by a giant country mile. I can't stand 'Always On My Mind' in any version, and I also do not like PSB. You dont like the Pet Shop Boys! Careful "they" might revoke your Haven membership!

I've put the Pet Shop Boys 6-5 ahead because I don't have to listen to it 50 times every Christmas.

Big fan of Kirsty MacColl - hate Fairytale Of New York.
I thought the original chart battle for 87 was Pet Shop Boys vs Rick Astley?

It's March 1998, when Run DMC broke the chain of Spice Girls' # 1 hits.

I do like 'Stop' but it has to be 'It's Like That', maybe the greatest hip hop record of all time.

I like them both, but Run DMC is a bit of an anthem so I had to vote for that.

Easiest choice. Spice Girls didn't have any hits in my chart, but another song is 1 / 10 trash.

I like Stop and 3 of them are wearing nice boots, I particular like Geri's. However I'm voting for the song and even though hip-hop isn't normally my thing I did like that Run DMC hit.

We moved in 70s decade, more precisely in November 1977.
ABBA hold the top with "The Name Of The Game" against Queen classic hit "We Are The Champions".

This is actually much less clear-cut than the last one for me. One is a better song, the other I just have a lot of affection for.
