I know you might say chess isn't a sport, but some countries accept it as one, and there's no other appropriate forum to post this.
They have played 6 games so far, each player has won 2 and there have been 2 draws. Magnus Carlsen was the world champion for about 10 years but decided not to defend his title so whoever wins this match will be the official world champion.

You can watch the games on lichess.org and also there are some streams on twitch.tv One place you can also watch the games live is: analysis.sesse.net/which shows the evaluation of the current position as well as the moves that may be played, calculated deep on several computers, and also shows the historic games. On lichess.org you can also do analysis.
