Always good news to have a new Bananarama single. Another GH I will skip, unless it has some new tracks as well, plus I can’t buy the physical format anyway.

Bananarama celebrate four stunning decades of music with Glorious - The Ultimate Collection - 40 of their best loved tracks, chosen by Sara and Keren themselves.

Sara says, “We wanted this to be a unique collection, a celebration of all the twists and turns in our career. We compiled endless lists of songs, album tracks and hit singles and whittled it down to forty: our favourite tracks from the past four decades.”
Keren adds “I feel the collection of songs we have amassed over the last four decades hopefully speak for themselves… Putting the music together for this project... made me realise how much we have achieved.”

That’s some Ultimate Collection when they leave off a whole bunch of their biggest hits! Honestly, I can see what they're doing - representing all their eras (even Exotica!) and hopefully the Palladium show will represent this. It'll mainly be a physical seller to fans either way, but hopefully it'll attract some casuals that'll make them explore the rest of their catalog beyond that string of hits in the 80s. Also, they pretty much have a bunch of greatest hits that have sold well, so it's nice to see them attempt something different.
