Mark Owen dropped by music label Mark Owen has decided to set up his own music label after being dropped by his record company. Bosses at Island Records have confirmed the label is no longer working for the former Take That star. Owen returned to the music scene after winning Celebrity Big Brother in 2002. His first track, Four Minute Warning, reached number 4 and he even took to the stage with former band member Robbie Williams at Knebworth. But his album In Your Own Time failed to make it into the top 20 when it was released in November. The Daily Mirror reports Owen is setting up his own label, and is working on new tracks. His manager said: "He's been in LA working with producer Tony Hoffer, who's worked with The Thrills. "He's not giving up - at the moment he's casting for his next video and his single should be out at the end of May The other stories below can be found at UK Music Forum

Didn't MO's album make #58 or summat?.
I actually quite liked 4MW, when I heard it at first I thought it was a new Suede song.

The new song sucks. I really liked his last two singles but this new one is horrendous.
