I just tried to buy more credits at Virgin.UK so I can download songs and they denied me because they said the record companies will only allow them to accept credit cards from a UK bank. It's a new policy because I already bought five other songs previously.
Are the record companies telling me to go ahead and use WinMx or Kazaa? b*st*rds. Virgin has songs that are not available on any US sites.
Does anyone have any suggestions of sites where I can be legal and pay to download some songs released in the UK and Europe without having a foreign credit card. Is there an alternative payment method?

By foreign credit card do you just mean a Visa that is used with a foreign (to UK) bank?
Mycokemusic.com is another legal UK download site. Try it out.
