Nice article. Pretty much sums up what I've been saying for a while now... that cds aren't going to be replaced by digital music for quite a while despite what some people claim.

yeah, is good news, it's a bit like the fact that they keeppredicting the demise of the book, and it just doesn't happen, people love to hold books, not read stuff on a computer screen and the same goes for cds, we like to have em and hold em, as well as downloads. And there is the generation thing as well I guess...

This is excellent news, the stuff buried away on my computer just doesn't have the magic of the same tracks on a real CD. Anyway, I still haven't got over having to put up with fiddly little plastic cases that always crack - and booklets with tiny writing. My collection of vinyl LPs looks far more impressive than my CDs. Vinyl Sgt Pepper Rules, OK?
