Lazy arse skiver, I loved sport and PE lessons, lived for it, mind you I HATED swimming with a passion!!!

Football was CLASS, but we had to walk about 15 mins to our playing fields, which meant we had a shorter lesson:(

All I remember was there were 3 of us who never did P.E standing up at the top of the field FREEZING watching these loons playing! At least when they did it in the gym we had a seat. They had an hour I maybe would've done P.E if there had've been a variety of activities not just football

I hated it at school, but enjoyed watching it... am now thinking of joining the new gym in the shopping arcade when it finally opens!

I hated it at school, but enjoyed watching it... am now thinking of joining the new gym in the shopping arcade when it finally opens! We've got a gym but my mum & aunt are regulars at it but I now regularly cycle & walk. Which I've always liked.

In 5 years at secondary school I must've missed about a year and a half of PE, wangled 2 terms off with Athlete's Foot!

In 5 years at secondary school I must've missed about a year and a half of PE, wangled 2 terms off with Athlete's Foot! I think I did it for the 1st 6wks in 1st year, 3wks in 3rd year as there were inspectors in the school & once in 6th year only cos it was swimming!

Being as big as I was as a teen, they always wanted me to be goalie, taking up most of the goal with my considerable bulk!

Being as big as I was as a teen, they always wanted me to be goalie, taking up most of the goal with my considerable bulk! Well that was 1 advantage! I was always called skinny malinks (sp?) a fragile little thing if you touched me I may've fallen to bits ;D
