Apparently the police are investigating an incident in a Bristol nightclub. Whether its true or not, this is happening far too much, I know Bristol is rough but he always seems to get in trouble. He may have friends there, but youd think hed have learnt by now

Yea from fans who've met him, he's a bit of an arrogant tw*t, is a dodgy driver, and always causes trouble in Bristol which from a mate's experience has trouble in most of the clubs in the area. I can't beleive he's caused trouble again, he was dropped last time and I think fined as well.
Here's the story which looks worse than I thought...
Footballer arrested over attack
A Premiership footballer has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after he allegedly headbutted a man during a night out. Reading striker Leroy Lita, 21, is being questioned by police in Bristol over the alleged attack in Haymarket, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The England Under 21 striker signed for the Premiership side last summer from Bristol City for £1m.
He has been accused of leaving his alleged victim with a black eye.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokeswoman said: "A 21-year-old man from Reading voluntarily attended Trinity Road Police Station in Bristol at 8.30am today, where he was arrested on suspicion of GBH.
"His arrest follows the alleged assault of a 24-year-old man from Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, in the early hours of Sunday morning in the Haymarket."
The Congo-born forward, who scored Reading's winner against Middlesbrough in the opening game of the season, is expected to be released on bail later.

Here's a fuller article, it appears the victim was one of his many mates from Bristol!
COPPELL RAGES AT FOOLISH LITA.
Steve Coppell has slammed Leroy Lita following his arrest for alleged grevious bodily harm. The Reading manager says he cannot work out why Lita was in Bristol City centre in the early hours of sunday morning when the 21 year old striker is suspected of head-butting a victim. Van driver Jason Beresford, 24, was left with with a black eye and damaged eye socket after the alleged assault which took place in the Haymarket area of Bristol at around 3am. The 21 yeas old ex Bristol City strikerhad returned to reading at 11pm the night before following the team's 1-0 defeat at Wigan Athletic It is thought Lita then jumped straight into his luxury Hummer jeep and drove into Bristol for a night out with freiends. It is not the first time Lita has been involved in controversy in bristol after he was glassed in a nightclub in February which required several stitches and left him with a scarred face. Yesterday morning (Wednesday) Lita, flanked by Royals' director of football Nicky Hammond, turned himself in at Bristol's Trinity Road Police Station where he was arrested on suspicion of GBH. But coppell told The Chronicle: "I'm obviously disappointed with what's happened. "He's been involved in problems in Bristol before, and, to be honest, I was under the impression he wouldn't be spending any more of his social time down there so I'm personally upset about this. "I really don't know why a professional athlete who gave us his all on Saturday afternoonand spent five hours on the bus coming back would want to drive for another hour down to Bristol. It's just not right." Lita had a superb start to his Premier Leauge career after scoring the winner aagainst Middlesbrough in a 3-2 opening day victory. But bad luck had never been far behind. A few weeks after the glassing incident he broke his leg during a game at Burnley and missed the final third of his season when reading Championship title with a record 106 points. Then his prized Championship medal was stolen from his Finchampstead home following a burglary and has still not been found. Lita, readings record signing when he joined from City for £1M last summer, could now face a suspension and a fine if the club decides to take a hard line. However, it is thought that the Royals will stop short of a ban from him playing as they could be left short for the Manchester City match if Dave Kitson has not recovered from his hamstring injury. But Coppell stressed: "Discipline is discipline. It should not be tempered by injuries. "I've heard the club will discipline him purely for being in the wrong place at the wrong time." Late yesterday afternoon Royals issued a statement regarding Lita's arrest which read: "Reading Football Club's director of football, Nicky Hammond, has confirmed that he and Leroy Lita travelled to Bristol this morning to speak to Avon and Somerset Police with regards to an alleged incident in Bristol at the weekend. "As this is an ongoing matter neither th player no the club would make any further comment at this stage."

And finally here's the victims take on it from the Sun.
'Prem ace headbutted me' By JOHN COLES
A PREMIERSHIP soccer star was yesterday quizzed by cops after allegedly headbutting a pal and breaking his cheekbone.
Shocked Jason Beresford claimed Reading striker Leroy Lita attacked him after a night out clubbing.
The £1million England Under-21 player handed himself over to cops after van driver Jason, 24, made a formal complaint.
He was arrested on suspicion of GBH and was held for five hours in custody before being bailed.
Jason spent six hours in hospital after the incident in the early hours of Sunday and now has impaired vision in his left eye.
He told The Sun: “It was totally unprovoked.”
Jason said he had been a close pal of Lita, 21, for 18 months, getting to know him before he left Bristol City for Reading in a £1million club record transfer in 2005.
The men had been out with pals in Bristol on Saturday hours after Lita played for Reading in their 1-0 defeat at Wigan.
Jason said Lita saw red after wandering off following a row with his girlfriend Sophie.
He rang Jason’s mobile and allegedly told him to put his girlfriend on the phone.
Jason said: “I told him ‘She doesn’t want to speak to you.’ I put the phone down because he was getting abusive.”
Lita caught up with them in the city centre’s Haymarket. Jason said: “He walked up to me and said, ‘Putting the phone down on me, are you?’
“I said I didn’t want to fight him and he grabbed my shirt. Then he headbutted me on my left cheek.”
Jason staggered to nearby Bristol Royal Infirmary where he was diagnosed with a fractured cheek. Jason, from the suburb of Westbury-on-Trym, said: “The next day he sent me a text saying he was sorry and asking to talk. But I didn’t reply.”
Congo-born Lita refused to talk about the incident yesterday when he returned to his £500,000 home in Finchampstead, Berks.Reading FC said: “We are in contact with Bristol police.”
