PREMIERSHIP Champions: Chelsea Champions League: Man Utd, Liverpool, Tottenham UEFA Cup: Arsenal, Blackburn, winner of Boro-West Ham FA Cup semi (if Arsenal win the Champions League and West Ham reach the FA Cup final, the UEFA places could go as far down as 8th) I don't think this is true, actually... if we win the Champions League and finish outside the top 4, then the extra UEFA cup spot will go to the 4th-placed team...

I've just seen that on the BBC website. Could be some unhappy Spurs fans...

PREMIERSHIP Champions: Chelsea Champions League: Man Utd, Liverpool, Tottenham UEFA Cup: Arsenal, Blackburn, West Ham (Middlesbrough could also qualify for the UEFA Cup by winning this season's competition. Whether or not that would be at the expense of an English club is for the FA and UEFA to decide.) Relegated: Birmingham, West Brom, Sunderland

CONFERENCE Champions: Accrington Play-offs: Hereford, Grays, Halifax, Morecambe Relegated: Scarborough, Altrincham (Altrincham are appealing against an 18-point deduction. If they are successful, Tamworth will be relegated.)
CONFERENCE NORTH Champions: Northwich Play-offs: Stafford, Nuneaton, Droylsden, Harrogate Relegated: Leigh RMI, Hednesford
CONFERENCE SOUTH Champions: Weymouth Play-offs: St. Albans, Farnborough, Histon (Lewes finished in a play-off place but their ground isn't good enough for the Conference, so St. Albans have a bye to the final.) Relegated: Carshalton, Maidenhead

I'll do a full update on this later in the week but some brief news today that Canvey Island are set to announce their resignation from the Conference after manager and director Jeff King decided to withdraw his financial backing.
They intend to drop to Step 4 of the non-league pyramid in either the Southern League East or Ryman League Div 1. However, the final decision is down to the FA and they could end up in the Essex Senior League at Step 5 of the pyramid.
If the resignation is confirmed, Tamworth would definitely keep their place in the Conference, as would Altrincham, if their appeal against their 18-point deduction is successful. Scarborough are set to come out of administration and would look like keeping their place if Altrincham's appeal fails.

Are Sunderland ladies team actually relegated yet? They play just around the corner from where I live and on Sunday I noticed they were playing... against Charlton? I also noticed they lost 5-0!

Actually, Sunderland and Chelsea ladies aren't down after all. There's some stupid play-off system which means they could both stay up.

Anyway, regardless of what happens to Sunderland Ladies they should be back in their normal football ground next season, having spent the past year playing in Washington... everytime I walked past, there seemed to be a crowd of about 20 people!
