Also, just trying to work out the number of league grounds Sam has done, and how many of the 92 he's seen at the moment.

Have you never done a ground in Wales Shireblogger? I am off to Blackpool on saturday to watcht them play Accrington, it will be ground #57, Carlisle to follow, with maybe Grimsby and Tranmere as well to make 60. I was also looking into the 92 league teams that I've seen play a game, and think, I'm only missing 6 or 7, those being Spurs, West Ham, Villa, Charlton, Ipswich and Millwall, Swansea is a doubt, but I'm sure I saw them back in the 80s/90s when they were in the lower leagues. So I need to go watch Spurs play West Ham or the other way around and Villa play Ipswich, and that will leave Charlton and Millwall to get someone northern in the FA Cup and take in a game up here with them as the featured team! Never been to a match in Wales. No particular anti-Welsh reason; just haven't ! I have been to Blackpool and Tranmere, but not Carlisle or Grimsby. Checking my list, I've seen 98 British teams. But that includes 21 that are currently non-League, 4 Scottish and 1 Northern Irish. So, that presumably means that there are 20 current league teams I've never seen. Cardiff are the only Premier League team missing; I've seen all 24 of the Championship; and all of League One except Fleetwood, Accrington, Rochdale, Scunthorpe, Plymouth and Shrewsbury.

It's proving hard for me to complete my list of Premier League teams - I've got four left, but those games keep coming up on weekends when I can't go - e.g. West Ham this weekend, but I'm visiting family, and Watford next month, but I'll be travelling back from a business trip

Here's a list of all the clubs that I've seen 5 times or more.
Obviously, Southampton top the list. 107 of those games were home matches, mostly at the Dell when I was a teenager. 112 were away matches, reflecting the fact that it is 30 years since I last lived in Hampshire.
We then have a few teams who became my adopted home teams for a while, when I lived elsewhere. Oxford, West Ham and Cambridge represent my itinerant early 20s. And then we have a lot of East Midlands sides, which is where I've lived for the past 25 years.
But even within that cluster, there are big differences. For example, only 1 of the Notts County matches was against Southampton. Whereas all except 1 of the Leicester games has been versus Southampton.
Further down the list, the non-local "big" clubs start to appear. Villa, Man Utd, Wednesday, Arsenal etc. These come from away games for Southampton, several matches from 1980s fixtures at the Dell, and the occasional Cup final or semi-final at a neutral ground.
Most Watched Teams 1. Southampton :: 219 2. Oxford United :: 39 3. Notts County :: 23 4. Nottingham Forest :: 22 5. Derby County :: 21 6. Leicester City :: 17 7= Aston Villa :: 14 7= Manchester United :: 14 7= Sheffield Wednesday :: 14 7= West Ham United :: 14 11. Arsenal :: 13 12= Belper Town :: 11 12= Liverpool :: 11 14= Burton Albion :: 10 14= Manchester City :: 10 14= Middlesbrough :: 10 14= Tottenham Hotspur :: 10 18= Coventry City :: 9 18= Everton :: 9 18= Watford :: 9 21= Chesterfield :: 8 21= Newcastle United :: 8 21= Portsmouth :: 8 24= Blackburn Rovers :: 7 24= Bolton :: 7 24= Cambridge United :: 7 24= Chelsea :: 7 24= Leeds United :: 7 24= Mansfield Town :: 7 24= West Bromwich Albion :: 7 29= Bournemouth :: 6 29= Ipswich Town :: 6 29= Queen's Park Rangers :: 6 29= Stoke City :: 6 29= Sunderland :: 6 35= Barnsley :: 5 35= Bradford City :: 5

Shireblogger, how many 0-0 games have you seen in the 92? I remember us getting one early on at Barnsley v Crystal Palace at ground #8, It was NOT a good game! Then #31 Macclesfield v Bristol Rovers, but it was a better game. And that is it, I have done a few pre season friendlies and charity games, always plenty of goals in those So 2/57 is not bad at all! #57, Blackpool v Accrington 1-1, att: 3354, with quite a few (for) Accrington. Chips on the seafront in the sunshine, brilliant! I'll try and post a pic in the thread, but my phone/Haven doesn't always let it work

My first 0-0 was my 24th match. Southampton vs Crystal Palace in 1983.
My first 0-0 that wasn't at the Dell was a Finnish 1st Division game in 1990, when I was Inter-Railing. Then Cambridge 0-0 Bristol City, Charlton 0-0 Middlesbrough (at Upton Park).
28 of the 376 matches I've seen finished 0-0. No idea whether that is better or worse than the average.

Crystal Palace seem to be a common theme for 0-0. Think I'm going to do Grimsby next.

I'm not sure if I've already listed some of the grounds that I've been to but off the top of my head:
St James Park (naturally!) Roker Park Stadium Of Light Griffin Park (Brentford, I used to live fairly close by in 1986/7) Loftus Road (ditto, 1987) Highbury (Newcastle won too! And that too was back in 1987) Wembley (back in 1985, the ground was a dump at the time and seemed to be falling to pieces)
Non league:
Albany Park (former home of local non-league team Washington, not sadly standing derelict) Nissan Sports Complex (now home to the above) Gateshead International Stadium St Peters Road Sports Ground (then home to Wallsend Celtic who really did play in green and white hoops)
I know there's more but can't think of them at the moment.

Robbie, have you seen the various Darlo grounds as well? And wow at doing 100 Misterh, think I am at 83. We worked out that Sam is on 49, not bad for a 19 yo. I have tickets for Tranmere on the 22nd of this month, then doing Grimsby and Carlisle the month after and I will be at 60, and hoping the FA Cup throws up some nice ties that I might be able to get to, that are that little bit cheaper.
