LOVE them, especially the first 2 albums are pearls. Louis is a brilliant vocalist too. The 3rd one wasn't really impressive but good enough. Don't own the new one yet, how it's like ? (I missed them on their last tour ) Oh and para, what's your favourite album so far ?

A friend owned all the videos years ago... 'God Bless' was set in a jungle, black and white with a lot of nudity.... very arty!

Sheesh, I hope Lamb's not popular for the WRONG reasons their cd booklets don't include enough semi-nude pictures from the band i hate arty cd covers with no six-pack close-up

Be glad they at least put pics of themselves in the booklet. There are tons of artists who don't.. Besides, looking at the promo pics of their last album, I realize they seem to investigate much on their fashion. Which is quite unusual for a quite 'underground' act..

In magazines. It's alright, but it just looks SO 'made ready', as if they're some mainstream act. Something's wrong. Bjork has always been a visual genius

Conentrates on music and plays Lamb album for the first time since about 1998! Back then, I didn't have the internet and bought the album purely on the back of 'Gorecki' (which I only heard when it made the top 40) and so I didn't have a clue what other people thought of it. So it's good that people like the band on these forums... ;D

The music is wonderful but the actual 'drum and bass' is a bit too loud! Can't they turn the percussion down? Still all records of the genre had the heavy percussion at that time...

;D Now onto 'Zero' - that' more like is. And 'Merge' is a pretty jazzy cool instrumental..

How about getting a NEW Lamb album after 6 years ? 'Lamb' is brilliant though ! My faves are 'Cotton Wool', 'Zero' and ofcourse 'Gorecki'. Flows very well and it's an easy listener. I don't know about their last one, but they always had one long instrumental track on each album. It's quite good, but to be honest, the songs between 'Zero' and 'Gorecki' don't hold up to the level of the first 5 and last 2 songs imo.

i think their best album is "what sound" although the new one is good too, just a bit too mellow with all the violins at times
