taken from sobjork.tk: A round-up of some interesting Björk related happennings&mentioninngs from around the world: - Composer Kevin Puts will perform his 'Vespertine Symphonies', inspired by Björk and composed this year at the The Cabrillo Festival of Contemporary Music in Santa Cruz. - 'Death Cab For Cutie' played a cover of All Is Full Of Love at a recent Gig in Philadelphia. 'Drummer Jason McGerr created intricate patterns based on Björk's electronic beats, turning the song into an inspired homage in pointed contrast to Kweller's silly goof on Metallica.' - Björk was recnely spotted on Broadway just below Houston - buying Zara clothes! -'Upon emerging from my local Dirty Deli, I almost ran into, or rather over, what I thought was a bag lady. The look: black, ultra-puffy jacket; layer upon layer of skirts, the longest of which touched the ground and was made of silver lamé; a gnarled mass of dark hair and bobby pins; a Zara bag. However, when the bag lady turned around I, of course, noted that she was A: Icelandic and B: Björk' + Rumours have it that the SinglesBoxSet could be set for a June release, but this seems unlikely! ++Mini-discs of Debut; Post; Homogenic are now available in the björk.com/shop.
