The only one I know of is Within Temptation's excellent version of 'Running Up that Hill' which should so have been a single in the UK! There are pointless versions of 'Wuthering Heights' around by the likes of Pat Benatar and Hayley Westenra. The last one was rumoured to be a single but thank god, it hasn't come out yet! I don't know of any Bjork covers, although George Michael did a lounge cover of 'Like Someone in Love' but that was a cover song anywhere. Tori Amos's 'Silent All These Years' was covered by Chinese artist Faye Wong and it's hilarious! There's a bit of a dire male rock version of 'Cornflake Girl' out there too... Anyone know any more?

;D Oh if we're going to go down THAT route then how about Kelly Llorrenna's genius artistic reworking of Donna Summer's 'This Time I know it's for Real'...

Will Oldham covered PJ's 'Sweeter Than Anything' and it's bizarrely a hell of a different song. The original's sad and musically quiet, but his cover contains guitars and isn't depressing at all. Brilliant work imo, totally different, as a creative cover should be.

Within Temptation also covered Tori's 'Crucify' live.
Michael Stipe did a live cover of 'Winter', but there's only a part of it avaiable (or he only sang a part of it)
