Haywoodewww.youtube.com/watch?v=KFWkcwARdNkDiscography: 1983 A Time Like This (UK #48) 1983 Single Handed/Slow Burn (UK #85) 1984 I Can't Let You Go (UK #63) 1985 Roses (UK #65) 1985 Getting Closer (UK #67) 1986 You'd Better Not Fool Around (UK #82) 1986 Roses(re-issue)(UK #11) 1986 I Can't Let You Go (re-issue) (UK #50) 1987 I'm Your Puppet (UK #98) 1988 Boogie Oogie (as "Sid Haywoode") 1989 He's Got Magic Roses was really only her bone fide hit, she also worked with Stock Aitken Waterman on the single Getting Closer, which turned up as a Kylie b-side. After 1989 she disappeared to the USA, but is due to release a comeback single and album this year (A Woman Like Me, in August apparently). But what happened to her in between??

Which of her songs had a PWL influence?Getting closer? Getting Closer was produced by Stock Aitken Waterman. Not their finest hour I must admit.

At least she had a better singing voice than, say Mandy or Sabrina.

Though funnily enough, when my local radio station goes onto auto-playing without a DJ between 12 and 6 in the morning, they actually played this song yesterday morning when my alarm went off at 5.30!
