Should be interesting. As well as the Christmas ones, I'll be interested to see if we get other seasonal oldies like on Valentines Day, for example. I wasn't quite expecting to see seasonal New Years hits in this weeks!

I've also had a re-think on the Greatest Hits chart as it didn't quite pan out the way I thought, and is frankly a little dull. It was worth a try anyway.

Perhaps recent oldies should be omitted from the chart as they're not really retro.
If the OCC did an offical one of these (which isn't a bad idea), hits that are less than 5 years old should not be counted.

Thanks Mark, and true, I get your point regarding the valid "retro-ness" of the track. The only problem I would find in compiling it, is sourcing the data every week on songs, say, older than five years - hence I went for the one year cut off point.
