Thoughts, opinions? I'm feeling a bit like they are overhyped, or feel they are better than they actually are? Liked stimble and fall and the single after that, but Vice was annoying and rip it up is rubbish imo...

Well I bought the album on a whim and I didn't like it much to beginning with as it's quite heavy but I gave it a chance and I do really do like it now. Some of the song lyrics are really moving. The live stuff I've heard on the radio is wicked. I bet they are great live.

I've been a bit surprised by their success. They're OK but as ever, there are probably bands out there more deserving of the success they've had.
'Stumble & Fall' and 'Golden Touch' are both very good, though.

Golden touch is the best thing by em so far... Golden Touch is poppy in comparison to the rest of the album which really rocks. It's a good album.

'Vice' is an amazing song. Such a stormer and so infectious. One of my top 5 of this year in fact. Miles better than SandF and Golden Touch. Got their album. Haven't listened to it much.

Rip It Up is terrible but Vice, Stumble and Fall and (in particular) Golden Touch are excellent. I don't think they'll last too long tho.

Hmmm... Well I've heard "Golden Touch" many a time... And I really like it... I want to hear the rest of their album though... If it really is a bit heavier, then I may like it...

Vice sounds like Pulp to me which is good.
Agreed about the new single, it's awful - I liked it first time I heard it but really can't stand it now.

They're pretty good, but they're hardly life-changing.

To summarise my views on Razorlight:
Not bad. not great. "Golden Touch" good though.

Didnt like Rip it Up (1st time) or Stumble and Fall much. I also didnt really want to like them as I thought he was abit arrogant, but then I heard Golden Touch and I couldnt really help but like it, but when I heard Vice I was really hooked. It is by far and away the best song theyve done and is in my top 5 of the year. The albums great to and they are a good live act. Yet another good band to make it big this year
