Yeah it does. Should this be allowed though? would be nice if they stopped it - it really annoys me even my beloved elbow are guilty of the crime; my version of "asleep in the back" (bought in summer 2001, not long after it came out) doesn't have the title track on it as it was reissued with that track at a later date

Tell it to Libertines and Embrace, who re-released their albums after a very short time ! Embrace were the worst offenders, re-released with a free DVD after only 9 weeks

OH GOD, I KNOW! that was a pain - especially since the only reason i'd bought the album that early was i was meant to review it!

So download the extra tracks, rip the whole thing onto a CD and put that in the CD case in place of the original.
