I don't know why, but I voted for Radiohead. Amnesiac, Kid A and OK Computer are just too good a sequence of albums to ignore. But I think they're going downhill now, Hail to the Thief was just uninspired drivel.
I can't stand both bands' lead singer, btw. Their annoyingly whining voices make me sick.

Ok - I'm itchin for a fight, but can the REM's out there explain how/why you think they are better than Radiohead? Are you of the opinion that REM have had a lot more albums and the combined amount of music is better? I can't think of any albums that REM did that equal OK Computer or The Bends, so am curious.
2nd question - when did Pixies get out of this poll? I would have put them at a close 2nd to Radiohead, with REM somewhere in the top 5...

The Pixies crashed out of a strong group at the first hurdle (oddly named round 2 due to a restructuring of the competition)
GROUP EIGHT beatles (22) blur (15) radiohead (14) muse (10) ------------------- the eagles (8) bon jovi (7) led zeppelin (6) the pixies (6) stereophonics (5) inxs (3)

I really don't wanna have another row about Radio-bloody- head , but in answer to your question: Reveal? Automatic For The People? Green? Murmur? Monster? All 5 finer than any Radiohead effort in my humble opinion.

To say that Monster or Reveal come anywhere near Radiohead's classics is just an insult.
