Heres a brief rundown on the rules:

You have £50million to spend on 11 players.

You May only use 2 formations:

4-4-2 - ie Keeper, 4 Defenders, 4 Midfielders & 2 Strikers or

4-3-3 - ie. Keeper, 4 Defenders, 3 Midfielders & 3 Strikers

You may only name 2 players from any one Premiership team. ie. Just 2 Chelsea players, just 2 Liverpool players or just 2 Wigan players.

Scoring System[/u][/i]:

+5pts per clean sheet (No goals conceded) - Keeper and Defenders only
+5pts per goal scored (Any player)
+3pts per hat-trick bonus (Any player)
+2pts per assist (Any player)
+3pts per penalty save (Keeper Only)

-1pts did not play
-1pt per goal conceded (Keeper & Defenders only)
-5pts per sending off (Any player)
-3pts per penalty miss (Any player)
-5pts per own goal
