It's no secret that there is a lot of bias in BB - both in what they actually show on the Highlights show and what Davina/Dermot and Russell say on their respective shows. This series BB has been overwhelmingly pro Glyn - especially on BBLB where Dermot always goes on about him being on a journey. Also, they didn't show any of his anti English rant. The rationale for that is probably that they want him to be close to Pete to win the show to raise phone votes. It has been very negative to Imogen, Richard and Aisleyne. If Imogen bitches for 5 minutes in a 24 hour period, in a Highlights show they show absolutely nothing of Imogen apart from that 5 minutes. Richard was really set up by BB to look bad with his argument with Michael. Russell Brand was also being 100% pro Jayne in his BBBM - but it had no effect whatsoever. Aisleyne - Both Davina and Russell are portraying her as very spiteful presumably so they can have someone evil in there. Does it bother you? To be honest the editing does not bother me as that's all part of the parcel of BB. I do find that when presenters are biased though it really annoys me.

It's the same every year though isn't it, they try to pigeonhole the contestants into tasty parcels people can swallow, and then edit accordingly. I had been reading about the bad editing of Imogen, and even that the translation of her welsh speaking may have been a bit dodgy to put her in a bad light! I dont think bblb or bbbb have any effect though as they are watched by so few, I expect the papers have more influence. But I do feel davina, dermot, russell should be impartial really.

its the whole part of the show tho, obv big bro has to edit most of the days antics out. and they obv have their own faves and know who the public love and how they would get most money out the public from voting. take this week for example, all mikey has done is argue in every show, then they showed susie, who would normally be fave to go in a hilarious thing in the diary room when they went to nom, that i gurantee has saved her this week and all mikeys arguing has got him evicted.maybe petes a total w**ker but we never get to see nay of it, lol!

Oh yes - they made it out that she was saying 'I am going to get to the final' rather than her saying 'I want to get to the final' - ie portraying her as arrogant. However, I really don't think they should allow them to speak in Welsh anyway - it causes unfair advantage. When Glyn was making a prat of himself by kissing Lea in 'Spin the Bottle' she warned him off in Welsh. She didn't have the guts to do it in English - presumably so not to offend Lea.

The editting of the higlights show doesn't bother me too much - but then I'm intelligent enough to see through the surface of what they show. Unfortunately, many people who watch BB aren't. The thing that annoys me is the presenters showing obvious bias - they should be neutral in my opinion.

I agree homesy about the speaking in welsh, ok we get subtitles the housemates dont, personally when glynn or imogen has slagged anyone off in welsh, I'd have it on the plasma screen for the other housemates with subtitles. That would stop em doing it.

I havnt actually seen them slagging off other housemates that much though - they seem to talk in Welsh together more because it's natural for them to speak their own language......they havnt spent hours on end slagging off other housemates in welsh - well not that I've seen anyway. Love Melody xx

Nope, they haven't spent hours doing it, but names have been mentioned and things said for sure.

She was far too harsh in her interview with Susie (i.e. you wanted in there so badly but you did nothing). One of the great things about Susie was that she wasn't the typical BB housemate, and I hope Davina's comments haven't paved the way for a house full of Glyns, Mikeys and Aisleynes next year

I agree that Davina seems to think she can spice things up by promoting ill-feeling towards her interviewees recently. As an interviewer, she makes a grade A b****. I'd rather have a Susie than a thick young person making an idiot of themselves, which is all the house is full of these days.

I can't wait till Richard gets evicted and Davina tries to do a Makosi/Susie on him. He'll make mincemeat verbally of the incompetent one!

I'd like to see him make *actual* mincemeat of her. Spare the baby though.
