Horrible set of fixtures there. I think Stoke will beat Tottenham to complete the double.
Not sure if you're going to abandon the contest this week due to how much this site has been down.

Not sure if you're going to abandon the contest this week due to how much this site has been down. Shows how little i've been on here lately that i didn't know anything about that! Horrible set of fixtures there. I actually think the Championship fixtures look nicer than normal. H9 Everton v Bolton Wanderers D2 Portsmouth v Hull City D3 Stoke City v Tottenham Hotspur H7 Sunderland v Birmingham City H10 Wigan Athletic v Burnley A6 Bristol City v Newcastle United (17:20) H4 Middlesbrough v Reading - Lita to score the winner in a tight game. Talk of the playoffs seems to have been building in the last couple of weeks but i refuse to contemplate that unless we reach the top half of the table. And anyway the run of home games is now over with 2 tough away games coming up (incl this one). H8 Nottingham Forest v Peterborough United D1 Scunthorpe United v Plymouth Argyle H5 West Bromwich Albion v Preston North End

RESULTS: MARCH 20th1=. Frag 396 1=. misterhamster 396 3. Andy 385 4. Tom 374 5. Robin 330 6. Earl Purple 242 Very tight once more this week, with Frag and misterhamster sharing the spoils, and Andy once more just 11 points behind with a score of 385. MARCH TABLE (3/4)1= [1] Robin 1089 1= [2] Frag 1089 3 [4] Tom 1023 4 [5] misterhamster 913 5 [3] Earl Purple 902 6 [6] Andy 770 1089 is a significant number in mathematics. If you take any non-palindromic 3-digit integer, reverse the digits, subtract the smaller integer from the larger one, then add to the result the reverse of the result, you always get 1089. For example, this week's winning score of 396: 693 - 396 = 297 297 + 792 = 1089 The 1089 times table also has an interesting pattern, where n*1089 is the reverse of (10-n)*1089 for n between 1 and 9. For more details, click here. Anyway, 1089 is also the score shared by Robin and Frag at the top of this week's leaderboard. This week's statsAverage score: 353.83 Easiest to predict: Nottm Forest 1-0 Peterborough: 580 pts (6/6 correct) Hardest to predict: Bristol City 2-2 Newcastle: -35 pts (0/6 correct)

I did relatively badly here but had a huge week on ukfpl, scoring 1100, 2 perfect scores and 5 other correct results and only 1 incorrect result (Leyton Orient vs Huddersfield)

RESULTS: MARCH 27th 1. Tom 462 2. misterhamster 385 3. Earl Purple 374 4. Robin 297 5. Frag 275 6. Andy 209
Pretty much the only thing Tom failed to predict correctly was that it would be a low-scoring week. 286 is a pretty high average, and Tom topped the pile with a very impressive 462, the best score of anyone in March!
MARCH TABLE (FINAL) 1 [3] Tom 1485 2 [1=] Robin 1386 3 [1=] Frag 1364 4 [4] misterhamster 1298 5 [5] Earl Purple 1276 6 [6] Andy 979
Tom's late surge sees him win Predicta of the Month for March, with the highest monthly score since August!
This week's stats Average score: 286 Easiest to predict: Spurs 2-0 Portsmouth: 580 pts (6/6 correct) Hardest to predict: Preston 2-2 QPR: -2 pts (2/6 correct) Closest to zero: Wolves 0-0 Everton: 1 pt (1/6 correct)
2009/10 TABLE SO FAR (32 weeks/38) 1 [1] Robin 9639 2 [2] Earl Purple 9562 3 [3] Frag 9507 4 [5] misterhamster 8969 5 [4] Andy 8858 6 [6] Tom 8308 7 [7] Thor 6503 8 [8] paddy 5455 9 [9] Maximo Mark 1540 10 [10] Mad Murray 649
With just six weeks to go, it's looking like a three-horse race, with Robin 77 points ahead of Earl Purple, and Frag a further 55 points back. Who will be the first past the 10,000 mark? Just behind the leading pack, misterhamster overtakes Andy for 4th place.
Season Stats so far Easiest week this season: 22nd Aug (473) Hardest week this season: 3rd Oct (102.14) Easiest to predict: Arsenal 4-1 Portsmouth: 870 pts (9/9 correct, 22/8), Man United 4-0 Hull: 800 pts (8/8 correct, 23/1), Man United 5-0 Portsmouth: 700 pts (7/7 correct, 6/2) Hardest to predict: Man City 1-1 Hull: -78 pts (0/8 correct, 28/11) Matches 100% correct: 70 (10 from Mar) Matches 100% wrong: 56 (4 from Mar)
