Bolton need the cash as well! Both the Man U and Chelsea games look dull, but big audiences and so get shown, and if they were to actually go to a replay, they'd get shown again! Annoys me every year but it happens. Hope Exeter beat Liverpool as Exeter were my uni team, and I watched them an awful lot from the Big Bank!

Meant to post this before but watched the Maidenhead-Port Vale first round replay last month. Never thought the first Maidenhead game I've seen would be on a stream! Maidenhead actually took the lead and at that point I thought it could be interesting as Port Vale hadn't threatened at all. It was a shame they couldn't hang on to the lead until at least half-time as once Port Vale equalised they completely dominated. Finished 3-1 to Port Vale with 2 goals in the first 15 mins of the second half, game over, and I lost interest in the last 20 mins. Even more positive that Maidenhead could achieve something after this though, think promotion will probably be beyond them but think a playoff final and Top 3 is possible this season.
Wasn't sure if Salford's replay would get shown, but BT have picked the two most appealing ones.
Nothing further to add on the TV picks for the 3rd round but Reading's draw wins the award for most boring we could have got. 1) away to team in same division 2) Not local - actually would have been tempted to go had it been somewhere like Fulham 3) An exact repeat of the draw at the same stage last season

The Man U and Chelsea games would have been reasonable choices if they had been drawn away. So, logically, they would be reasonable choices if they go to a replay. However, choosing two ties which should result in straightforward home wins shows a distinct lack of imagination.
