Former candidate on The Apprentice, Stuart Baggs has been found at the age of just 27. Stuart - who nicknamed himself 'The Brand' - quickly became a favourite on the show with his catchphrases and antics, and made it all the way to the interview stages. Police revealed in a statement that they had discovered a body after being called to a home on the Isle of Man today (Thursday). Police said (via DigitalSpy): Police can now confirm that the man is Stuart Mark Alden Baggs, 27 years of age. Police confirm that at this time there is nothing obvious to indicate the cause of his untimely death and enquiries will continue. The police request that consideration is given to the privacy of the family and friends at this difficult time. The Apprentice boss Lord Sugar was quick to tweet about the shocking news, writing online: "terrible news Stuart Baggs has died. My sincere condolances to his family and friends RIP one of the stand out characters of the apprentice" Following his stint on the BBC One series, Plymouth born Stuart moved to the Isle of Man where only this week he announced the launch of a 4G mobile network for the island. "This is going to revolutionise the Isle of Man," he said in an interview with Isle of Man Today, first published only yesterday. It's a very sad loss and our condolences go out to Stuart's friends and relatives at this time.
