I could put this in the retro forum, but I'll just put it here.
I will be ranking these later, and most are Christmas songs once we get to 2003 but not all of them.
2000. Eminem ft Dido - Stan 2001. Belle & Sebastian - I'm Waking Up To Us 2002. Goldfinger - Spokesman 2003. 4 Poofs & A Piano - Camp Up Your Christmas 2004. Cranebuilders - So What Could I Do 2005. Pogues & Kirsty MacColl - Fairytale Of New York (re-issue and same Christmas #1 as 1987) 2006. Fratellis - Whistle For The Choir
up to this point, aside from 2003 and ignoring 1960 as I hadn't done that yet, Fairytale of New York had been my only ever Christmas song at Christmas #1, and had been so twice. The pattern was about to change.
2007. Jive Aces - White Hot Christmas. This was also out in 2004 when I bought it, but as it was on Christmas week I didn't chart it then. It had been on my Christmas playlist the previous 3 years though so when it was re-issued I charted it. I considered it a re-issue because it appeared on iTunes for the first time in December 2007. 2008. Kieron Goss - Crazy Christmas 2009. Ray Davies & Chrissie Hynde - Postcard From London. Technically not actually my Christmas #1 this year as it reached #1 on the chart dated 26th December. No other single has ever gone to #1 on that date (1981, 1987, 1992 and 1998 all had charts on that date but none of those changed the #1). The #1 on 19th December was Shwa Losben "All I Want For Chanukah Is Hookers And Blow". Chanukah in 2009 ran from 11th-18th December. 2010. Melodime - December. 2011. Poncho Pirates - Christmas With Bing 2012. Dropkick Murphys - The Season's Upon Us 2013. Tich - Love On Christmas Eve 2014. Skinny Lister - Trouble On Oxford Street. The only non-Christmas song since 2007, but they came back the next year with one... 2015. Skinny Lister & Beans On Toast - This Christmas
Unless it changes this week it will be
2016. Ghost Machine - Christmas Telly
Maybe rather than rank them, I'll put in memories of all these years.

I know only two the most popular songs from your # 1s. Never was a fan of "Fairytale of New York", but a chorus has a little Irish spirit as my # 1 "A Day Trip To Bangor". In my chart many Christmas related songs were # 1s, also some other # 1s had a winter's theme in the video (like Heartbeat by Steps). On this moment of time I don't have Christmas # 1s from the last 4 years (2013-2016), so possibly will finish my countdown with "Hunky Santa" from 2012.
Based on my very poor knowledge of modern music I prefer to know your old Christmas # 1s.
