I used to love watching this on a Saturday morning (and Friday evening when it first started on Channel 4). A great place to see new videos (especially if you didn't have MTV), even if the accuracy of the chart was highly questionable at times. It underwent a few graphics revamps over the years but the original Channel 4 era ones were always my favourite.
So I was pleasantly surprised to find some old bits of episodes on Youtube recently and after my attempt at Top of the Pops countdown graphics for my personal chart (video in the Hamster Hits thread in the Personal Chart forum), I thought I'd have a go at a Chart Show version. I made my own graphics, with the Top 10 intro the only bit from the original show (though I added my own music).
Here's the end result:
