Wow and I think I know which one from 1985 it is, because it didn't come up in a search. Surprised though that it would be that high.

Think I know what's left. Can't say I'd want any of them to win though I did have one inside my top 20 I wouldn't put it near there now. Gone right off em!

All? Can't we have the #3 today and reveal the #2 tomorrow (thus the #1 for those of us who know what's left).

Next up, Earl Purple's surprise 3 A-Ha - Take On Me (1476) This received 20 votes but again was not anyone's top choice - in fact the highest placing it received was 4th (ChartFreak, Danny and Dandy) and only another 2 top 10 placings

I prefer A1's version.

When this is finished it would be interesting to look at the top 10, look at what kept them all out of #1 and where those finished in the last #1s survey, although I think the Jennifer Rush one finished reasonably placed and I'm pretty certain I gave it points.

around the same time that A1's version got to #1, U2 got to #1 with "Beautiful Day" which clearly ripped off "The Sun Always Shines On TV".
