I thought Revelation were much improved last night and deserved to be safe I would have preferred YG and OMA in the bottom 2 but that wasn't gonna happen I was sure they would save ACM over YG too - ACM did outsing them IMO

Revelation were at their best this week since the since shows, but their performances earlier in the competiton were still far better. Hopefully in the final they will get to do Rule The World again, as that was superb.
I actually liked OMA this week shockingly. I thought Angels was fantastic. Their second song was average fare for them, but at least I can take them seriously now

On this weeks performances, YG deserved to be saved. ACM were mediocre at best, which is a shame, because they've been better. I thought Angels was absolutely horrible, and the second one not much better for OMA. They should have been in the bottom two, and they should have been kicked.

I'm with you LittleC but the public were never gonna go that way, unfortunately

I agree, they should never have gone out first

it was always going to be OMA, wasn't it - it's been obvious they would win for weeks now.
i never really liked revelation until last week, but i thought they were great tonight. still, i'd probably have given it to ysgol on the basis of 'o fortuna' which was AMAZING...!

I really don't get the British public sometimes. Revelation were by far the best last night, and YG were much better than OMA in every single performance last night. With the exception of the gimmicky Don't Rain On My Parade, OMA performed very poorly.
Edit: Is it true that Last Choir Standing will be back next summer for another series?

Oh, I hope so. I think it's been pretty successful.
Does anyone know if some of the proceeds went to children in need or whatever, like they do for Strictly?

Congratulations to Only Men Aloud. They were my favourites from the very beginning. Their voices and harmonies were superb. Definitely technically the best singers in the competition. Charismatic, with great showmanship and so much talent. It's wonderful to have a group of young men carrying on the traditional male voice sound but in a very modern way. I'm looking forward to hearing much more from them. Their rendition of All By Myself was beautiful - all the different lights and shades in the voices - fabulous. As was Goldfinger and the Tom Jones medley - all the videos are up on the LCS website to listen to again. www.bbc.co.uk/lastchoirstanding/choirs/onlymen/I was so proud that the final 2 choirs were welsh! The school choir was excellent too as was Revelation - especially the two brothers - who had fabulous voices. But IMHO the last choir standing was definitely the best! Delighted to hear they have commissioned another show already - great news - the best talent show on tv by a mile. Love Melody xx

I only watched this on and off - but thought Ysgol should win ever since I first saw them was pleased they got so far All the choirs last night were good - but I think I am too much of a traditionalist - have sung myself in too many 'traditional choirs' and prefer the harmony/counterpoint/beauty of the sound to choreography. Preferred the choral sound on Maestro last week...
