Am in love with them atm. Don't quite know why. But I have always liked their stuff.
I have the 10 cc greatest hits album.
Best tracks for me are I'm not in love and Art for art's sake, anyone got any favourites?

My favourite is I'm Mandy Fly Me.
They had my 2nd #1 single ever and they were the first band I saw live.

A bit before my time, and from the singles I do know, I'm struggling to think of one I like. They were a good band, I'm just not keen on them.
Under Your Thumb and Cry by Godley & Creme were great singles, however.

When I saw them live it was 1982 so Godley and Creme had already left, but I enjoyed it anyway.
Their singles were so different. Even their 3 number ones were totally diverse in style, and you almost never knew what they would come up with next. Note that Hotlegs who had a #2 hit Neanderthal Man were formed of Eric Stewart and Godley and Creme and then changed their name to 10cc when Graham Gouldman arrived.

I'm Mandy Fly Me is my favourite. Good Morning Judge is good too. The two Godley and Creme songs Smurfie mentioned are also very good. I wish I could claim that 10CC were before my time too but I'd be lying.

10cc are awesome. Don't think they've ever done a bad track..
"I'm Mandy Fly Me" is also a favourite of mine !!

So are you going to tell us? 10CC or 10ml is twice as much as the average amount of male semen ejaculated (5ml I think it is) True, that's how they decided on their name. From Wiki: "A widely-repeated claim, disputed by King and Godley, but confirmed in a 1988 interview by Creme, is that the band name represented a volume of semen that was more than the average amount ejaculated by men, thus emphasising their potency or prowess."

Actually, it was Jonathan King, the man who signed the band to UK Records and came up with their name. He went to sleep one night and had a dream that a band on his label made No.1 on the album and singles chart simultaneously in America and the band was 10CC. So he gave them that name the next morning. BTW, the average man ejaculation actually contains only about 3cc of semen

I know some of you will say "sacrilege!", but I LOVE the cover Will To Power did of I'm not in love. A lot better that the original!
