Why is Ernesto Viso called EJ Viso all of a sudden? Is it entirely to appeal to the American market is they quite like drivers who use their initials instead of their name? Or is it because he always wanted a Jordan drive?! Haha! They have a habit of doing that over there. Juan Pablo Montoya dropped the "Pablo" when he was in Champcars... Castroneves used to be double barrelled but he then legally changed it to avoid any confusion! Unless it was to stop the taxman catching up with him...

I have to say, I'm really enjoying F2 this year. I never thought that a championship with such a budget as low as €150,000 per car would be any good but there's been some excellent racing so far. I fully expect it to attract a higher calibre field next year. I would expect that Bortolotti may be in a Toro Rosso next year Also a reminder that Superleague Formula starts its second season this weekend in Magny Cours. Basically each car represents a football club around the world. Setanta has the live coverage but Eurosport seems to have snapped it up given recent events. All of the action will apparently be streamed this weekend on their website: www.superleagueformula.com/

Francetti or Dixon will get Indy chanmp this year, both been strong for a number of years, so established battle there.
Lets hope the British trio have a good second half to the season.

Round 10 is a street race in Toronto next weekend.

Justin Wilson's win is the first ever victory for Dale Coyne Racing after 25 years. And at the 551st time of asking. Dale Coyne used to race is own car, with a stock-based engine, it was hopeless - he was lapping Indy at 140mph when you needed 200 to make the race. Even getting one of his cars into the 500 took about five years. It's like when Minardi won at Italy last year, that sort of surprise-but-they've-improved-massively-recently vibe.
