Fifteen celebrities are getting ready to dive in at the deep end with Tom Daley as new entertainment show Splash! begins on ITV this Saturday.
Presented by Gabby Logan and Vernon Kay, Splash! will see each contestant mix determination and drive as they choose which board to dive off to display the daredevil skills they have learned.
Mentored by Tom Daley, the contestants will be given their scores by judges including Team GB’s Diving coach Andy Banks, comedienne, writer and actress Jo Brand and former Olympic diving medalist Leon Taylor.
Phone lines will then open for viewers to pick their favourite.
At the end of the show, the contestant at the top of the leader board will go through to the semi-final whilst the next two contestants face a Splash!-off.
The judges will then decide which diver was the most successful in the Splash!-off and they too will go through to the semi-final.
Show 1
Jake Canuso - Benidorm actor Omid Djalili - comedian Jade Ewen - Sugababes singer Jennie Falconer - TV presenter Helen Lederer - comedian
Show 2
Caprice - model Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards - ski jumper Joey Essex - TOWIE Diarmuid Gavin - TV gardener Charlotte Jackson - Sky Sports presenter
Show 3
Linda Barker - TV designer Dom Joly - comedian Tina Malone - Shameless actress Jennifer Metcalfe - Holloyoaks actress Anthony Ogogo - Olympic boxer
Splash! starts on Saturday January 5 at 7.15pm on ITV.

This looks absolutely awful!! Tom Daley is utterly unbearable, and it must be the most Z-list cast for any reality TV show ever!
I hope Jo Brand might redeem it as a format, but I'm not so sure

Not another new reality series, this is going to be horrendous, and the odd belly flops from Dom Joly

If only it was live and the odd chance of a swim suit slip.

whats tom daley doing dicking about with z list celebs?
from what i have seen his consistancy is pretty poor, surely time better spent to become one of the best is errr, training and practice rather than teaching a tranny from benidorm and some fat comideans how to belly flop

Turned off after Jade's dive. Awful television. Gabby Logan really deserves better.

Car. Crash. I probably watched the last 20 mins, and that was enough for me, there was a better show on BBC1 with Clare Balding which really gets your brain thinking.

I was watching that too - Britain's Brainiest I did flick to have a quick look at Splash but quickly turned back again - total rubbish from what little I saw.

I saw about the last half-hour of the Clare Balding programme. It looks fairly good so I shall probably watch it again next week. As for Splash, the few minutes I saw were enough to conclude that it was going to be as dreadful as I'd expected.

OMG it's just sooo cringey! As much as I adore Tom I don't know if it's something I can keep watching.

If only it was live and the odd chance of a swim suit slip. I caught some of this, not intentionally I should add, and surprisingly they said it was live. The whole thing seemed pointless, i mean what was Jo Brand judging the dives for?! Gabby Logan presenting came as a surprise, especially as i don't think she's done anything for ITV since her supposedly acrimonious departure.

It was poor. As frankie Boyle said today, it would have been better if it was "Splat"
