A draw for the Cook Islands against American Samoa will see them progress to the next round. A win by two or more goals for American Samoa will see them leapfrog the Cook Islands, though an American Samoa win will also give Samoa a chance of progressing if they can beat Tonga by a greater margin.

15-0! Blimey.
I mentioned this to my wife, and she asked if Qatar had bought any players and nationalised them.

Job well done for England could have scored more in the first half though, I was expecting at least 10 goals for England, mind you that pitch was absolutely horrendous. Joe Hart hardly touched the ball at all practically.

So, Saudi Arabia can win 7-0 and only get the fifth biggest win of the round of matches.

15-0! Blimey. I mentioned this to my wife, and she asked if Qatar had bought any players and nationalised them. It wouldn't surprise me if they have. But they are already a decent side by Asian standards, and considering Bhutan lost heavily to Hong Kong, who generally aren't a decent team by Asian standards, 15-0 is entirely feasible.

The Malaysia-Saudi Arabia game was abandoned late on when home fans through flares and missiles onto the pitch, probably in protest at their team's 10-0 defeat last week. Saudi Arabia were leading 2-1 at the time and will almost certainly be awarded a 3-0 win, which will put them top of the group.
