Thanks anne-marie, 17 March will soon come around - I'm really looking forward to a close-up of Will. It should be different to anythingwe've seen to date.

Emma Forbes has been with him and I'd be surprised if she isn't bowled over by Will if she hasnt already met him!

Grace was his biggest NM hit though. I'm sure he follows the NM chart so for him that compensated for its lowly UK chart placing. What's NM chart please??

Great song for Torvill and Dean to interprete - noticed they struggled on a lfit but I suppose no-one's perfect all the time. Thought it was a great performance by Will, but then he always thrives on these shows and produces the goods!
I know it was a huge audience but that lovely gentle song needs more than one play while people watch the skating to get into their brain.

As usual I enjoyed the interview! I loved hearing Bill whatsit call him a big star now and Kate recognising how multi faceted he is as an artist.
Sounds like he's really hooked on doing something with Noel Coward material at the moment. I suspect he always has a side line to fill his down time but still into all sorts of other stuff we've not heard about yet too!

I think his hands were tied at that time so he had to do it under contract. What was really annoying was that Gareth took the lead in the song which was much poorer than the original they did on the Winner's Story programme That was always my gripe. I can remember seeing it come on on Sports Relief and me being gobsmacked that Gareth was singing the lead.. and that was before it ended up on Will's first album and not on Gareth's. I loved the performance at the award show in Manchester (can't recall which one it was apart from that it was the same one as Ronan Keating telling them a year was a long time in pop ) mainly because Will sang poor Gareth off the stage.!

I think it's a fantastic video - I can't think of who else would do anything like this in the music world at the moment. The amazing thing is that you can get really ingrossed in the action yet still it only enhances the song!

I would be surprised if he's thinking about an album of Noel Coward stuff, but a performance would be good then he could see how it was received.
Rufus Wainwright did OK doing his tribute to Judy Garland!

I'm very pleased he's appearing on this, I think LIG will be a very good song for Torvill and Dean to choreograph! Should be plenty of people watching too,l good slot on a Sunday evening!

He's gonna be busy - he's performing at the Hurlingham Club:
Sounds very expensive at £325 per ticket or £3000 for a table of ten, so I will have to look forward to reports I think!!

What's wrong with the auschwitz joke, as has been said, he's poking fun at people on that show. But yes the Will stuff sounds like a step too far, but it's what you expect and seems acceptable on radio 1 these days. Anyway, he has a gay producer, so he cant be homophobic can he? In short, yes - I can't say I've ever heard him treat Aled with any respect either.

Well in fairness, this is a pretty obscure song that was only released on a reissue version of Avril's last album. It's not as though 99% of people will think of this as a cover. Still a cover though as opposed to an original release. And it's already after Run and isn't she also doing Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You with Justin Timberlake next or is that hype??

I agree, very poor acting - she looks like she's eaten something that doesn't agree with her. Why is she doing so many covers??
