VIRTUAL MEDAL TABLE PREDICTIONS
Gold: Anna Burnett & John Gimson
Silver: Dina Asher-Smith, Jemma Reekie, Men's team sprint, Women's team pursuit, Jack Laugher
Bronze: Karriss Artingstall, Pat McCormack
Day 11 sees the highest predicted medal tally of the Games for GB. There is one predicted gold for Anna Burnett & John Gimson in the Nacra 17 sailing class. They sit 2nd going into the medal race. A better chance in the sailing is in the Finn class, with defending champion Giles Scott topping the standings. Dylan Fletcher and Stuart Bithell are 2nd in the 49er class going into the delayed medal race.
Dina Asher-Smith was predicted to win silver in the 200m before she was forced to withdraw with a hamstring injury. Jemma Reekie is predicted to win silver in the 800m, with silvers also predicted in the two track cycling events and Jack Laugher in the 3m springboard diving.
Two boxing bronze medals were predicted on day 11. Karriss Artingstall has already won bronze after losing her semi-final but welterweight Pat McCormack is guaranteed at least silver and faces Cuba's Roniel Iglesias for gold.
Sprint kayaker Deborah Kerr has the potential to provide a surprise medal for GB, while Joe Fraser has qualified for the parallel bars final.
Abigail Irozuru and Jazmin Sawyers are in the final of the long jump during the morning session. Harry Coppell has qualified for the final of the pole vault and will at least be hoping to challenge his own British record and hammer thrower Nick Miller has qualified for his first Olympic final.

An absolutely stunning run from Karsten Warholm to break his own 400m Hurdles world record by three-quarters of a second, running 45.94 seconds. Rai Benjamin in 2nd was half a second inside the previous World record and Dos Santos in 3rd was 0.02 outside (which was quicker than Kevin Young's old mark which stood for 29 years until Warholm broke it a few weeks ago).

Just the 7 medals for GB so far today, including 2 sailing golds. 800m still to come with 3 British women in the final.

And it would have been even better if Jemma Reekie had managed to hold on for a bronze medal! Had a feeling with about 50m to go she was probably going to just miss out.

Very disappointing that Adam Gemeli pulled his hamstring just before his heat. He still gave it a go but straight away knew that it had definitely gone. He sounded confident that he would have got a medal and set a PB his form had been so good in the last month too...
Just as well for the 800m medal, all the GB events I've watched live, or as live, (athletics, football, hockey) had been constant disappointment up until then!

VIRTUAL MEDAL TABLE PREDICTIONS:
Gold: Ben Maher
Silver: Scott Brash, Hannah Mills & Eilidh McIntyre
Bronze: Ben Whittaker
Four medals predicted for GB on Day 12. Ben Maher are predicted to finish 1st and 2nd in the individual showjumping. Eilidh McIntyre and GB flag bearer Hannah Mills are predicted to finish 2nd in the 470 sailing class but are in the lead going into the medal race. The other predicted medal is bronze for boxer Ben Whittaker but he has reached the light heavyweight final and is guaranteed at least silver.
Elsewhere, GB's women play the Netherlands in their hockey semi-final - a repeat of the 2016 final.
13-year-old Sky Brown goes for GB in the park skateboarding competition, as does fellow teenager Bombette Martin.
Climbing makes its Olympic debut with the qualifying runs in the women's competition. Shauna Coxsey goes for GB and is seeded 3rd.
The women's golf gets underway with Jodi Ewart-Schadoff and Mel Reid representing GB in the absence of Charley Hull and Georgia Hall.
Nick Miller goes in the final of the hammer after qualifying 6th. World heptathlon champion Katarina Johnson-Thompson gets her campaign underway, hopefully recovered from the achilles injury that's kept her out of action for most of the year.

VIRTUAL MEDAL TABLE PREDICTIONS:
Gold: Liam Heath
Silver: none
Bronze: Andy Pozzi, Peter McGraile
Liam Heath is predicted to retain his K1 200m canoe sprint title, having won it in Rio. A bronze is predicted for Andy Pozzi in the 110m Hurdles and he has qualified for the final. The other predicted medal was a bronze for featherweight boxer Peter McGraile but he was eliminated in his opening bout.
Another potential medal chance is Holly Bradshaw in the pole vault. She's regularly made finals over the years but has been in excellent form this year, breaking her own British record. This could be her last major championship as she's previously expressed her intention to step away from the sport and start a family.
Sadly there's no Katarina Johnson-Thompson in the heptathlon after she pulled up injured during the 200m at the end of the first day.
Tom Bosworth and Callum Wilkinson are in the 20km walk. Bosworth finished 6th in Rio five years ago and 7th at the last World Championships.
Deborah Kerr will be hoping to make her second kayak sprint final of the Games in the K1 500m, after finishing 8th in the 200m.
In track cycling, Katy Marchant is the keirin and Matthew Walls is in the omnium, which now takes place in one day and consists of four events, rather than six events over two days. He won bronze at last year's World Championships.
GB has two women still involved in the 10m platform diving. Lois Toulson was 7th in the preliminary with 16-year-old Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix, the reigning Young Sports Personality of the Year, 10th. They have to negotiate the semi-final before the final takes place later in the day.
