Geri Halliwell - It's Raining Men (The original is awful too).
ABBA - Fernando - Chiquitita - Eagle - Lay All Your Love On Me
Blondie - War Child - Rapture
Kim Wilde - Cambodia
Madonna - Nothing Really Matters - Ray Of Light
Girls Aloud - Something New

Elbow - One Day Like This I get why this song did so well for them but overplay has sucked all the appeal from it, and I never liked it much to begin with.
Biffy Clyro - Re-Arrange Just a bit of a bland pop ballad from a band of whom I expect much more.
Dire Straits - Twisting By The Pool Unoriginal, annoying and some creepy lyrics to boot.

Now that Cyndi Lauper been eliminated in Haven Factor, I can officially say that I do not care for 'She Bop' in the slightest.

Abba's least successful single in my chart was "I Have A Dream". All their singles up to the end of 1981 reached the NM top 10 other than that one which fell way short at #20.

Queen: well most of their singles reached my top 10 with a few peaking just outside but in 1982 "Body Language" reached the heights of #26 with the follow-up Las Palabras De Amor doing just slightly better at #19, and there aren't many high expectations for Backchat, all the way down in 23rd place on its playlist.
On the chart now is "Warchild" by Blondie at #30 not likely to get any higher, the worst peak since "Union City Blue" reached #18, but still better than Debbie Harry's solo effort "Backfired" which failed to chart at all.

To be honest I can't think of any single I really dislike by an act I really like. There is a lot more music out there that I like than dislike.

Me! and You Need To Calm Down by Taylor Swift - the Lover era was ruined with those initial single choices.

I got one ‘Perfect World’ by Huey Lewis and The News
I was looking forward to this album so much, ‘Fore’ is and was one of my all time favourite albums and after 3 years this is what we got. So disappointed and the album wasn’t any better.
Thankfully the next record was much better but at the time my tastes had moved on by then.

I had a similar response to 'Mr Writer' by Stereophonics when it first appeared. They were my favourite band at the time, but I was so underwhelmed both by the lead single and the album. Both have grown on me a bit since then but my interest in that band never recovered.

Funnily enough I bet we were similiar ages, you get very attached to certain bands in your teens and you think they are making the music just for you.

Which Fleetwood Mac single is your least favourite ? I can answer that ‘Oh Well’ by a mile I love 'Oh Well'. My least favourite track that was released as a single is probably 'In the back of my mind' - but even that is a 7/10.

For the third single from Sugar Tax, Virgin came to the astounding conclusion that definition-of-filler "Then You Turn Away" was a better choice than the sublime "Was It Something I Said".
Indeed OMD had a few odd singles choices - "Talking Loud And Clear" ahead of "Tesla Girls" or "Love And Violence"? "La Femme Accident" seemed to be an excuse for a video rather than a single worth promoting.

Also not getting behind ‘If You Leave’ after it was huge in the US, it should have been top 10 here as well and on their 86 album.

I love 'Talking loud and clear', but 'La femme accident' was a really brave single choice. I don't dislike it, but it didn't really stand a chance of being a hit.

A song so bad even Steps would have turned up their noses.
