3-3 now... Ronnie should win this.
I'd expect Higgins to beat McManus tonight and set up a repeat of last year's final.

8-8 in the final right now, as if you're not watching it! ;D
If ever there was a match that had 'Final Frame Decider' written all over it, this is it! It's been a classic.

Incredible - was 60 behind with it all to do and produced a magic clearance. And he almost missed the first red.

What a superb match it was! Can't believe Higgins missed the black to go 9-7 in front but still, it had a little bit of everything Well done to John as well

Ken Doherty beat John Higgins in the final of the Malta Cup, coming from 8-5 down to win 9-8. It's his first ranking title for 5 years.

The next snooker is the Welsh Open, starting on the 27th. Not sure about TV coverage for this one. It may be on BBC Wales.
In other news, Quinten Hann has been given an 8-year ban for match-fixing. He was secretly filmed by a newspaper, offering to fix a China Open match for £50,000 last year. No money actually changed hands. Hann hasn't played since the allegations were made and resigned his membership of the WPBSA the day before last week's hearing, effectively ending his snooker career.
