Just noticed the BBC Wales coverage is also available online, for those who are interested. Not sure what it is with Ronnie but McCulloch is probably the toughest opponent he could've had for his opening match. McCulloch needs to put some results together if he's going to be in the top 16 for next season.

Ronnie is scheduled to compete, though he couldn't be arsed going last year, so I guess we'll have to wait and see. Shaun Murphy takes on Stephen Lee in the final of the Welsh Open today. The final qualifying round for the World Championship takes place on the 14th and 15th of this month. The World Championship itself starts on the 15th of April.

Stephen Lee beat Shaun Murphy 9-4 in the final of the Welsh Open. It's his first ranking title for 4 years.
