Keita's reaction was disgraceful, but the Brazilians deserved it I think because they'd been doing that all night long. By far the worst team for gamesmanhip, absolutely dreadful. Add to that their shameful, and shameless, patronage of Robert Mugabe. Any neutral with any sense of decency and sportsmanship would be rooting against, rather than for, Brazil.

The amount of play acting to get people booked/sent off has been a disgrace, but again until they clamp down on it, it will continue, and if officials react and book players, then other players will carry on doing it!

Permutations for Group F:
Paraguay will go through if they avoid defeat. Even a defeat will see them through if Italy and Slovakia draw, or if Slovakia win and the goal difference/goals scored situation is favourable. If Paraguay avoid defeat, then they will top the group unless they draw and Italy win by 3+ goals (or by 2 goals, and scoring 2+ more than Paraguay).
Italy will go through if they beat Slovakia. If they draw, then Italy will go through if Paraguay beat New Zealand, or if both games are draws and Italy score more. If Italy lose, they are out.
New Zealand will go through if they beat Paraguay, and will top the group unless Italy win by a bigger margin (or by the same margin scoring more goals). New Zealand can also go through if both games are drawn and New Zealand score more goals than Italy.
Slovakia need to beat Italy to stand any chance. Even if they do, they could still go out if New Zealand beat Paraguay (unless the aggregate margin of victory is five or more, or if it is four and Slovakia score at least two goals more than Paraguay do).
If I was in charge, I would televise New Zealand v Paraguay.

Brazil will be confirmed as winners of Group G if Portugal fail to beat North Korea today.
A defeat for North Korea will make them the second team to be eliminated.

If Portugal win the group and play Spain as runners up, it shall be a great match to watch, if they get Switzerland, the Swiss will get a pasting, that will see Portugal to the last 8 surely.

Yes, once we get to the next round it's lose and you're out with matches going to extra time and penalties if necessary.
