San Marino still in with a chance why I never! San Marino are improving fast. Having lost 13-0 at home to Germany, they only lost 6-0 in Nuremberg.

San Marino still in with a chance why I never! San Marino are improving fast. Having lost 13-0 at home to Germany, they only lost 6-0 in Nuremberg. might be only 3 -0 next time

I really don't see anything other than Russia beating Israel. but rooney was offside? so surely that evens up as one wrong decision each and russia win 1-0 i see england going out now, even if we beat croatia, russia have two easier games. its all down to the israel game me thinks, which i see russia winning

Rooney was probably offside by a couple inches. There is no way an official could have said with any confidence that he was offside. So he was right to allow play to continue.
The penalty decision, OTOH, was appalling. If the incident had happened right on the edge of the area, I would have accepted it (for the same reason given above). But it was a good yard or two outside.

if england got the penalty and russia the dodgy offsise we would be complaining the otherway round, russia were the better team, only one team went to win the game and that was the team that won the game.
