Yeah they have, Paddy. It was called 'Stop The Clocks' and it was released in 2006. I actually have it. They had to be different didnt they and call it not the best of but stop the clocks.

15 (08) BLUR 'Out Of Time' - 8.444
UK Chart Run: {5}-15-24-36-54-66-67-62-47->9
the lead single off their most recent album, I've always thought this (and the album too) was an underappreciated gem. A top 15 position means it's probably not...
Love it! Maximo Mark, Space, Misterhamster, Sim, Paddy (10) Thorney, Andrew07, YeahYeahTron, Big Dan (9) It shouldn't be this high! Wonderwall, Robin (6)

14 (07) OASIS 'Some Might Say' - 8.444
UK Chart Run: {1}-2-5-17-26-34-57-47-45-54-62-66-74-73-73R(3)-65R(19)-59-70-75R(8)-70R(23)-40R(12)-56-65-73-73R(3)-58-68->27
As the lead single off 'Morning Glory' it was highly unlikely this wasn't going to be a number one single. Their first of many, but it's never really came across as a song most people put amongst their top favourites by the band.
Love it! Space, Stewie, His Blvdness, YeahYeahTron, Thor (10) Wonderwall, Misterhamster, Sim, Frag, ManicKangaroo (9) It shouldn't be this high! Paddy (6)

Generally regarded as their best song in recent times and the song which still proved they could write a killer tune. This position doesn't disagree with that.

12 (05) OASIS 'Acquiesce' - 8.556
UK Chart Run: N/A
As this was only a B-side, it could possibly be surprising that this has managed to be so high. But it is well known and there was a promotional video for it when 'Stop The Clocks' came out. This has always been one of my favourite Oasis songs, I've never understood how this or 'The Masterplan' (which is my favourite) were only B-sides!
Love it! Maximo Mark, Thorney Space, Andrew07,Stewie, His Blvdness, Frag (10) Misterhamster, Sim, YeahYeahTron, Thor, ManicKangaroo (9) It shouldn't be this high! Paddy (4), Smurfie (3)

11 (04) OASIS 'Champagne Supernova' - 8.556UK Chart Run: N/A Now I'm surprised this one isn't top 10! It was a song I'd always assumed was a single given the amount of times I'd heard it. Regarded as one of their best, and deservedly so. Love it! Maximo Mark, Thorney, Wonderwall, Space, Andrew07,Stewie, His Blvdness, Frag, ManicKangaroo (10) Sim, Andy, YeahYeahTron, Thor (9) It shouldn't be this high! Paddy (3), Smurfie (2)

So the top 10 consists of 7 Blur songs and just 3 for Oasis! I shall post 10-6 later tonight and the top 5 in the week, hopefully tomorrow...

10 (07) BLUR 'To The End' - 8.588
UK Chart Run: 22-{16}-30-46-65->5
Another of their Parklife singles, this being the highest of them. Deserving I think, one of my very favourite Blur songs.
Love it! Maximo Mark, Space, Stewie, Sim, Paddy, ManicKangaroo (10) Thorney, Misterhamster, YeahYeahTron (9) It shouldn't be this high! Wonderwall (6)

Their debut sinngle, this only peaked at #31 and spent just a solitary week in the top 40. It's always been highly regarded though, as shown by its top 10 finish here.
Love it! Maximo Mark, Thorney, Space, Andrew07, His Blvdness, Andy, YeahYeahTron, Thor (10) Wonderwall, Smurfie, ManicKangaroo (9) It shouldn't be this high! Paddy (4)

08 (06) BLR 'The Universal' - 8.722
UK Chart Run: {5}-11-18-27-29-30-34-45-63->9
Following up something as huge as 'Country House' was always going to be difficult, but they did it with this, something so utterly brilliant and varied showing that Blur really were capable of almost any type of song.
Love it! Maximo Mark, Space, Stewie, Sim, Paddy, YeahYeahTron, Thor, ManicKangaroo (10) Thorney, Andrew07, Misterhamster, Robin (9) It shouldn't be this high! His Blvdness (6)

I'm shocked that this isn't in the top 5 and that Oasis only manage one of the top 6 songs. This was their first top 10 hit and went on to become one of the difinitive songs of the Britpop era.
Love it! Maximo Mark, Thorney, Wonderwall, Andrew07, Space, Stewie, His Blvdness, YeahYeahTron, Thor (10) Robin, Paddy, Andy, ManicKangaroo (9) It shouldn't be this high! Big Dan (4)

06 (05) BLUR 'There's No Other Way' - 9.111
UK Chart Run: 20-11-10-{8}-16-26-33-58->8
Their second ever single, this was the song that announced Blur onto the UK music scene eventually peaking inside the UK Top 10. It would be three years before they could repeat that success with 'Girls And Boys'. Shocking that 6 songs have comfortably scored an average of above 9/10!!
Love it! Thorney, Space, Stewie, Robin, Sim, Paddy, Andy, Smurfie, ManicKangaroo (10) Maximo Mark, Andrew07, Wonderwall, Thor (9) It shouldn't be this high! Misterhamster, His Blvdness (7)

Blimey, I'm shocked at "There's No Other Way". It's such an odd record, being effectively a baggy Madchester song made by a bunch of arty southerners! Not my favourite Blur song but undeniably a landmark song for the band.

05 (04) BLUR 'Beetlebum' - 9.111
UK Chart Run: {1}-7-29-42-68->5
Their second and final number one single, it's always been regarded as the better of the two and proves it here. Lead single off 5th album 'Blur' it's a song I rate as one of the finest number one singles of all time, even if it is about the shortest running in the chart.
Love it! Maximo Mark, Thorney, Space, Andrew07, Misterhamster, Stewie, Sim, Paddy, Frag, YeahYeahTron (10) It shouldn't be this high! ManicKangaroo (6)

04 (03) BLUR 'Coffee And TV' - 9.167UK Chart Run: {11}-18-23-32-46-59-70->7 This wasn't a top 10 hit, but it should've been as missed sales data would've put it comfortably above its #11 peak. A rare outing for Graham on lead vocals, it showed yet another different side to Blur. A fantastic video too, often regarded as being one of the finest of its time, if not ever. Love it! Maximo Mark, Thorney, Space, Sim, Paddy, Frag, Smurfie, YeahYeahTron, Big Dan (10) Andrew07, Misterhamster, Robin, Andy, ManicKangaroo (9) It shouldn't be this high! Wonderwall, His Blvdness (7)

03 (02) BLUR 'Song 2' - 9.222
UK Chart Run: {2}-13-23-45-74->5
One of their most memorable and more well known tracks, despite just hitting the 2 minute mark. Just one simple noise managed to make so many people catch on, and it's still loved today.
Love it! Thorney, Space, Andrew07, Misterhamster, Stewie, Robin, Sim, Paddy, Frag, Andy (10) His Blvdness, Big Dan, Thor, ManicKangaroo (9) It shouldn't be this high! Smurfie (5)
