Is it the Cersei scene? I've avoided all script spoilers like the plague, but saw an article which said about a missing scene and inadvertently read about it.

what is the missing scene? I know a scene with Bran telling Sansa everything about Little Finger was cut , I presume this was to make it more of a surprise

That's weird, because with that scene, the twist is meaningless. Depending where it fitted in, it could also make the Sansa/Arya scene weird too.

i also have read now that Sansa asked Bran and that's how she knew, so apparently Arya had completely fallen in Littlefinger's trap

I think the Sansa/Arya/Little Finger arc this season has been the single worst arc of the whole 7 seasons so far. Completely lost all character development of all 3 involved. Actually worse than the sand snake scenes.
And I daren't post anything about the Cersei scene that got cut, I'm fairly sure it will get used in the next season so would be a spoiler.
But speaking of Cersei, how in the hell has she survived through to the final season!? Me thinks the writers are just in love with her as the last real human villain, and also Lena's superb acting. I'm guessing she won't be so fortunate in the books...

I guess Cersei has to survive for there to be a battle of the 7 kingdoms? Rather than just a battle with the dead?

I also think Cersei can't really die until someone is properly ready to take the throne, which will be towards the end of the entire series if not the last episode. If she dies earlier (especially murdered from within her own circle), who becomes the ruler? I can't see Jaime stepping up especially now and they won't end the conflict with a whimper, without a few more huge battles. I'd love to know the series real-life timeframe, as surely the number of monarchs they've had has been crazy over a short few years! Robert Baratheon, Joffrey Baratheon, Tommen Baratheon and now Queen Cersei Lannister. It's a lot of work for those coin makers and good job they use ravens not stamps!

I'd just love for the whole thing to end with Cersei on the throne! But if Dany's visions from the warlock's tower do come true, I'm assuming there will actually be no Iron Throne to sit on. King's Landing is bound to get obliterated at some point in the final season!

And what of Cersei's baby? Maybe born a dwarf due to their incest and she wants to kill it, but Jaime kills her instead? Or why the baby storyline? To carry on the incestuous bloodline?

My favourite theory is that she's not pregnant at all: she thinks she is, but it's a phantom pregnancy, and Qyburn is playing along. It would be a nice echo of Queen Mary for a series that likes its parallels with late medieval/early modern British history.

Cersei will die either having obliterated King's Landing or being in the process of doing so, and Jaime will be the one to kill her. It is known. Either that or Jaime will kill her and be so grief-stricken he'll set the whole damn place on fire anyway.

Well, if you think about it's probably about the same as the period in English history from early 1483 to mid 1485 when we had four kings: Edward IV, Edward V, Richard III and then Henry VII. But yes, hardly worth striking new coins!

I'm desperately hoping Cersei is pregnant and that the baby survives. We've already lost the Tyrell's, it'd be a damn shame to lose another epic house altogether!

There's still Tyrion But I dunno, I'd laugh if the only surviving Lannister was some random third cousin twice removed... maybe the 'fat Lannister' Jaime alluded to once!

after so much talk about Dany's fertility, pretty sure she'll be pregnant too... so the two houses have a future heir

To be honest I'd be p*ssed off if Dany does get pregnant (and the foreshadowing was SO strong this season). For 6 seasons we've known that she will never have children other than her dragons. Only now is it suggested that the witch might have been full of s**t? I hope Martin isn't as fickle when he finishes the book, and I hope there is truth in the prophecies and premonitions, otherwise what's the point?
