90. SWIM (86 points)
There are a few tracks from Ray Of Light which made the Top 100, and like many of the others on there you can get truly lost in the magnificence of this spaced out track.

89. NOBODY KNOWS ME (87 points)
Another one from American Life, this was released as a promotional single only but received generally favorable reviews. That is reflected in its respectable score here.

88. FEVER (94 points)
I'll leave you for now with this largely forgotten single from 1993, taken from the 'Erotica' album which was released a year before. Obviously a cover of the Peggy Lee classic (although hers wasn't the original either), it sounds like it was written for Madonna to cover it - and fitted like a glove on that album.

87. RUNAWAY LOVER (95 points)
A trance-like track from the Music album, which is full of great album tracks.

86. SKIN (97 points)
William Orbit really works his magic on this epic electronic track from Ray Of Light. Not to be confused with Swim.

85. (PRAY FOR) SPANISH EYES (98 points)
Absolutely stunning track from Like A Prayer, apparently about the spread of AIDS in a time when it was massive news. Simply titled 'Spanish Eyes' on some versions of the album, and 'Pray For Spanish Eyes' on others.

84. PHYSICAL ATTRACTION (98 points)
Unmistakeably taken from her 1983 debut, Physical Attraction wasn't a single but was on the AA side of 'Burning Up' in some countries.

83. THIEF OF HEARTS (109 points)
82. WAITING (116 points)
2 of the best album tracks from Erotica are placed next to each other. I actually think that album has aged really well.

81. b**** I'M MADONNA (116 points)
It's nice to see a bit of love for her new stuff, especially since this Nicki Minaj featured track failed to chart at all in the UK when it was released as the third official single from Rebel Heart. I rather like it, even though it got a lot of backlash at the time... although why 'Joan of Arc' wasn't a single I will never understand.

80. LET IT WILL BE (116 points)
Definite single worthy material now from the Queen's Confessions On A Dancefloor reinvention. There were a ton of remixes of this around, despite it never being a single though.

79. SPOTLIGHT (117 points)
This was the only new track featured on the 1987 'You Can Dance' collection, but was only released as a single in Japan. It's another typically fun dance-pop 80's Maddie track which probably would have secured her yet another top 5 hit had she released it as a single.

78. LOVE DON'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE (118 points)
Madge's cover of this Rose Royce classic was originally featured on her Like A Virgin album, but was later given the remix treatment for her 1995 Something To Remember compilation, and was then released as a single in the US.

77. OVER AND OVER (119 points)
Pure eighties pop track from Like A Virgin, which turned out to be the most popular non-single on the album on this poll.

76. I WANT YOU (122 points)
This trip hop version of the Marvin Gaye classic was a collaboration with Massive Attack and featured on her ballads compilation 'Something To Remember' in 1995 (in 2 versions: Original and Orchestral, to start and close the album). It was intended to be the first new single from this album, but due to legal problems with between the Motown label and hers had to be scrapped.

75. KEEP IT TOGETHER (122 points)
Released as the sixth and final single from Like A Prayer in the US (and some other countries), Madonna recorded a new song called 'Vogue' to stick on the B-side, but it was decided instead to make that a single in it's own right.

74. ISAAC (124 points)
A bit of a surprise entry for me as I never knew this (probably the strangest track on Confessions) was so popular. It's certainly infectious though, so I guess that's why.

73. GAMBLER (128 points)
Poor forgotten Gambler.... It's hard to remember now, but this was one of the long string of Top 5 hits she had in 1985 alone. I think it's largely forgotten now due to the fact that it's only available on the soundtrack to the 'Vision Quest' film, also released in 1985... It's never been included on any of her Greatest Hits albums either... although a complete singles box-set featuring every single version of her songs is crying out for a release.

72. GIVE ME ALL YOUR LUVIN' (142 points)
This was the lead single from MDNA and featured Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.. It was a commercial failure in the UK - stalling at #37, but technically that was on it's second week of release as chart rules stated back then that a song released as an Instant Grat couldn't chart in it's first week of release. In it's first week it had made the top 5 of the iTunes chart, and would surely have been a top ten hit if the rules had been changed earlier.

71. HANKY PANKY (147 points)
We're starting to see some big hit singles now, and I really can't understand why this 1990 #2 hit from I'm Breathless isn't more popular. It's probably the last pure pop single she released, as 'Justify My Love' was the next single released and was the start of a whole new direction for Madge.

70. PROMISE TO TRY (161 points)
Promise To Try is one of Madonna's most personal songs, written about her mother who died when she was just five years old. It's another single worthy track from Like A Prayer - but then I think they all were on that album.
