So who's going bust first? Bury or Bolton!

And another question, regarding this BAME thing in the efl where a BAME person has to be interviewed for every manager's job from now on. What % of BAME managers are there in Germany, Spain, Italy and France?

Shock turn of events at Herne Bay a couple of weeks ago! The manager they brought in only a few weeks earlier, Nick Gearing, was replaced as a new consortium came in with their own manager. That manager is Ben Smith, the guy who was controversially sacked by Canterbury City! And one of the consortium is the secretary who resigned in protest at his sacking!
Going to be an interesting season!

So who's going bust first? Bury or Bolton! Looks like Gateshead beat them both

Nah, Gateshead are in Conference North, which is better than going down to the evostick/northern leagues, it's only 1 league they've been relegated, so assume they're proven they can exist next season?

Sad to hear of Justin Edinburgh's death aged 49, having suffered a heart attack a couple of days ago.
He was a decent journeyman player with Spurs in the 90s, when they were an also-ran team. His managerial career was mostly non-league, but notably successful as he guided Newport County (2013) and Leyton Orient (2019) back into the Football League.
RIP

Forgot to mention about Justin Edinburgh last night. Sad and such a shock, had heart attack Monday it seems and never recovered. Think he was also harshly sacked by Gillingham a few years ago, and given how his replacement did, Adie Pennock, that was justified.
Thoughts go out to his family, but also to everyone connected at Orient, who had had difficult times in recent years but were now on the up.

Rip Justin Edinburgh.
He was a respected lower league manager and perceived to be a good guy. I wanted to see how o's would do in league 2 but a manager will have to come in on a sombre backnote.

Yeah that was a shock, I remember hearing on the monday he was ill, then it went quiet, then my son did the usual on the sofa of "OMG, he/she's died!" and I have to figure out who. When it's someone your age, you kind of think twice as well, because surely he was a fit bloke?

Just put records in for those three cup competitions, so many live games, a highlights show would be even better though!

Loving the amount of goals in the CONCACAF games! Brazil were robbed last night by VAR though, how someone moving out of the way of a shot where no one was there to save it, can be ruled out for offside I'm not sure, if it touches him maybe? You could also maybe say the gk was just playing him onside anyway.

The Qataris are doing my head in, can someone please explain how VAR works, they dont need to surround the ref and tell him to look at it, which I did think was a bookable offence? Their whole attitude stinks, but then they are in South America, so I guess they will fit right in...
